Subject: Privacy Enquiry
My recommendation for your Accepto website
I would make three changes beyond simply publishing this policy.
1. Change the checkbox language on your contact form
Your current wording is quite legalistic:
“I consent to use of provided personal data for the purpose of responding to the request…”
I’d use:
Privacy & Consent
I agree that Accepto Technologies may use the information I provide to respond to my enquiry and provide the requested information or services. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
Then make Privacy Policy clickable.
This is cleaner and more natural for a B2B website.
2. Add a separate Cookie Policy
Don’t overload the Privacy Policy with cookie details. Have:
Privacy Policy | Cookie Policy | Terms of Use
in the footer.
3. Eventually add a Data Processing Agreement
This is particularly important for ThinkSync Suite.
Your category involves potentially processing:
documents → certificates → emails → operational data → AI interpretation → validation → Business Central
That makes enterprise customers likely to ask:
“What happens to our data?”
A proper Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will become much more important than a generic website privacy policy as you move into the US, UAE and larger enterprise accounts.
Also, I would not claim specific certifications, encryption standards, GDPR compliance, SOC 2, ISO 27001, data residency, or “data is never used for AI training” unless those statements are actually true for your architecture and contracts.
For Accepto, the strongest long-term privacy positioning is:
“Your business data remains your business data. Accepto processes it only to deliver the intelligence and workflows you have authorised.”
